We don’t offer make-ups or refunds for missed classes, but you’ll receive one Drop-In Play Pass for each class you miss. Simply log into your Smartie account within 24 hours after the class ends and click Claim 1 Drop-In Play Pass at the top of the website for a fun bonus playdate later on. Remember to reserve your drop-in play time in advance at smartiepants.ca/dropins.

Absolutely! We have BRAND NEW weekend classes designed just for families who can’t join us during the week. Check out SmartieSports+Yoga and SmartieGLOW offered on Saturday’s!

Plus, we also offer Drop-In Play packs and host magical birthday parties so your little one can still enjoy all the Smartiepants fun on weekends or special occasions!

Absolutely! The ages listed are just gentle guidelines. If your Smartie is a bit younger or older and the class feels like the right fit, we’d love to have them. Our instructors are great at adjusting for each child’s stage and confidence level.

No need to miss out! You’ve got 3 options:
1) Purchase the class that works best for you & let us know when your vacation is once you’ve registered. We will credit you for the classes missed.
2) Email us closer to the session start date – and if a class is not full, we may be able to pro-rate it for you.
3) Purchase a Drop-in Play Pack and come to drop-in play times when you’re in town!

We’re super flexible! If your schedule shifts, just reach out – we’ll do our best to move you into another class. And if nothing fits, we’ll place a credit on your account for future use. We know routines change, and we want Smartiepants to fit into your family’s rhythm – not the other way around.

All of our programs run in sessions (same class, same time each week), but if spots are still open once the session starts, we may be able to offer a pro-rated spot or a one-off trial. Just shoot us an email and we’ll do our best to fit you in!

Life happens (and so do nap changes)! If you need to cancel your session for any reason, we’ll pop a credit on your account that never expires. You can use it anytime – for a future session, drop-in play, or even a Smartie birthday party.

The structure stays the same for comfort and routine, but themes, songs, and activities change every session – so there’s always something new for your Smartie to explore!

Of course! We know it takes a village! As long as everyone’s listed on your account, they’re welcome to join the fun. Just give us a heads-up and introduce yourself when you enter so we can say hi by name!

We get it – sometimes you’ve got an extra sidekick in tow! 👶 Babies are welcome to tag along in a carrier or bucket seat during caregiver classes. Once they’re on the move, though, they’ll need their own spot (since grown-ups need to keep eyes on their enrolled Smartie). If you’re ever in a bind – say a sibling’s home from school – just shoot us an email and we’ll do our best to make it work!

Yes! We’re thrilled to introduce SmartieAdventures (drop off), where kids explore weekly missions in art, nature, heart health, and more. AND for children 4 years + we also offer SmartieArtists and Social Butterflies (both drop off) – creative, confidence-building classes that grow right alongside your little learner.

We love a good stroller brigade — but to keep our spaces safe and uncluttered, strollers stay outside. At Smartiepants + SmartieGym Forest Hill, you can park right by our front windows (bring a lock if you’d like). At SmartieGym St. Clair, we even have a stroller lock system for the our outdoor terrace. You can always bring in your bucket seat or bags!

We recommend one adult per child so everyone has room to roam and play. If you bring a second grown-up (hi Grandma 👋), we’ll do our best to accommodate – but we might ask one to hang back in the entrance area if it’s a full house.

Yup! Babies under 12 months are free when they tag along with a paid sibling. If it’s just baby joining the fun, you’ll simply purchase a regular drop-in slot for them.

Yes! Just log into your account and hit “Cancel.” If you cancel 2 hours before your timeslot, your pass goes right back into your account for later use. Inside 2 hours, we can’t credit it – but we always appreciate the heads-up so another Smartie family can jump in!

ou don’t need to email us if you’re going to miss a class. Just remember to log into your account within 24 hours after the class ends to claim your Drop-In Play Pass.

There’s lots of street parking nearby plus Green P spots close to some locations. If you can’t spot the parking code, ask our team – we’ll share the Green P code faster than you can say “Smartiepants.”

Oh, do we ever 🎉. We throw the most seamless, laughter-filled birthday parties in the city – Saturdays and Sundays at both SmartieGym locations. You get the whole space to yourself, no cleanup, and lots of happy chaos (the good kind).

Yes – we’re proudly nut-free at all three locations. We also collect allergy info for every class and share it during Week 1 so everyone stays safe. Be sure your profile’s up to date with any dietary notes – we’re sticklers about keeping all our Smarties safe.
