If I’m already a Fall family, what do I get for November + December?

You will get:
  • FIRST DIBS to pick your Winter class on Oct 19th!
  • An additional weekly class for the remaining 2 months of Fall session
  • 8 drop-in play passes per month (PERFECT for Winter Break and cold weather!)
  • All of the other member perks, events + discounts

How do I make my bookings?

Very simple!  Use your exclusive Club promo code for one transaction at a time. Click on the links below to watch how to do it!

How does the included weekly class work?

You can attend a weekly class at either location, based on current availability. You have two options:
  • Claim a spot in a currently open weekly-class — it’s yours for as long as your membership is active.
  • Float week to week — drop into whatever class has room, with no fixed commitment to one time slot.
If you claim a spot and later cancel or lapse, that seat is released back to general enrollment.

How does payment work?

This is a monthly membership subscription. Your card is charged automatically once a month, on the same date you originally signed up — not a fixed calendar date for everyone.

Do I need a membership to visit SmartieGym?

Not at all — daily drop-in passes are still available, as is the ability to register for a weekly class for the entirety of the Fall or Winter session.  A membership is the better value if you plan to come for drop-in play more than once a week or want more flexibility with your weekly class.

How much is a single drop-in play visit? How much is a single class?

A single drop-in play visit is $26 + HST.  A single class is $45 +HST.   With 8 drop-in play visits included each month per child, and 4 weekly classes, membership pencils out well ahead of paying per visit for most families who come more than once a month.

What if I change my mind?

Founding memberships include a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel any time. We ask for the initial three months because we’re building this program together with our founding group, and it gives everyone — us included — the runway to actually get it right.

What’s included in the $129/month founding membership?

  • Weekly classes at either location, based on availability — claim an open spot in a current weekly-based class and hold it for as long as you’re a member, or drop into whatever class has room each week
  • 8 drop-in play visits per month per child, valid at both St. Clair and Forest Hill
  • The opportunity to add a second, third, or fourth child to the membership for $59.99 per child
  • $200 off a birthday party at either location
  • A locked-in founding price for as long as you remain a member
  • A direct hand in shaping the full SmartieClub program before public launch

How many founding membership spots are available?

Only 20. We’re keeping the founding group small on purpose — small enough to stay personal, and small enough that real feedback can actually shape the program before we open it up more broadly.

Do you offer sibling rates?

Yes! During the Founding Member period you can add up to 3 additional siblings to your membership for $59.99+HST per child.

How does drop-in play access work across locations?

You get 8 drop-in play visits per month for each child on your membership, usable at either SmartieGym St. Clair or SmartieGym Forest Hill — drawing from one shared pool across both locations, not separate pools per location. Visits are capped at one time slot per day.

Will my price go up later?

No. As a founding member, your $129/month rate is locked in for as long as your membership stays active — even after we introduce public membership pricing (likely starting at $169/month)

What happens to my $200 birthday credit if I cancel?

It’s a perk for active SmartieClub members — you’ll need to be a current member at the time of the party to use it otherwise it will be added to your final invoice.
