Smartie Pilates + Babe (0 - 12 Months)

Smartie Pilates + Babeis a gentle, feel-good class designed for both parents and babies!  Start with time to settle in and connect with other parents, then enjoy a guided Pilates session focused on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and incorporating functional movements that make everyday life with baby feel easier. Little ones can relax beside you or snuggle in a carrier. We finish with a music circle filled with songs, parachute, bubbles, and smiles for your babe!
